DR JOKER

A Dub step Dj perhaps, there's one of them called Joker. Or someone who regularly regales you with incisive wit & repartee, that's a Joker too. Djs who've been at it 30 seconds, yet give it large all the time - Jokers... The generally accepted Halloween one however, as homaged by the preceding costumes, always features green hair. It does not merit the commencement of a second Public Enquiry to establish that, as we've all seen the movie... Except this guy.
