Not really sure what else to name the poor lad really...

It’s possibly another reference we just don’t get, but it’s so obscure (or just shite) we can’t make out what on earth he’s meant to be… The cup & masking tape eyebrows are an odd combo to say the least, but the glittery scarf around his head does him absolutely no favours either...
