There's a small chance this dishevelled & slightly depressed looking lady was attempting to come as Little Red Riding Hood... But even then we're clutching at the shortest of straws... Outshone completely by the more entertaining facial expression of 'Decapitated Cyclists' homemade head effort... Shame on her..!
