Neon Clowns

Perhaps their outfits weren't intended as a pastiche & these two young ladies are meant to actually just be clowns... 

Whatever it is, it's spookier than the majority of the literal clowns in this category & they deserve some credit. The light up tutu's are a nice touch which we think would've looked even better within the Club.

It could have been made a bit more horrific & the stance isn't completely on point, but the effort is visible. Winners of The Clowns category by quite a large margin, proving how far you can stand out with the small addition of a little pizzazz when the category you've chosen is more chancer than champ...
