The photo itself is lacking focus so it's really hard to tell whether or not her hat & staff are homemade, though the staff looks to be assembled out of tin foil... 

This look isn't a total shambles, but we can only imagine how much more improved it could have been with a healthy spattering of claret, leaving the corners of her eye sockets, nose & mouth, dripping all over her deathly face down to her well displayed boobiemeats...
