Frank..?

A fantastic interpretation of perhaps either Frank from Donnie Darko or a Ginger Malifecent..?

Which ever it is, or we may be totally wrong, it's a far out look, with awesome, almost dreadlock looking barnett, copper red facepaint (though that might be a spot of camera trickery) & a singular crouching claw.. All in all, it's a decent look, but is it enough to win..?
