Cruella 1

Not a terrible Cruella, we just don't get how it's such a popular costume & there's so little of it to do with the actual festivities... We're serious here readers, look back through every Halloween & there'll be at least one Cruella... Yeah, she catches dogs & makes them into coats, but is that truly spooky..?
