We assume this is his first time to the spook-a-thon, as chancer type efforts, of this little merit, usually don't come from those that know better... There's not a single reference to Halloween anywhere in sight & it seems this plum genuinely believed that a blue wig & one of his mam's dresses would be scary enough... Couple that with his ridiculous "Straight Outta Staines" Ali G stance & he's gannin neewhere (as they say in Westerhope)
