Not only is this an obvious last minute hire job dash, but what at all does it have to do with Halloween..?

Serious words need to be had with this fella if he stands a chance in next years competition. We dunno if he's meant to be a cow or a bear, but either way this is shop bought rubbish & he deserves a proper, good, sustained kicking.
