This is a great look kids, a vast improvement on the other surgeons we’ve had...

Take note of the face work & continuation to neck detail. There’s some claret visible too & it doesn’t look in terrible shape either. Could have done with a little spatter on the snips, but they’re still a welcome addition to the overall spooky vibe... There's something about his look that just screams testicle removal, registering him firmly as the go-to guy, for all young ladies who've recently looked through their boyfriend's phones...
