Apparently he was meant to be the Game of Thrones character that gets his eyes popped out in a fight, but we really don’t see it… Josh now works in Amsterdam as a male nanny (yes readers, we know...) & we can confirm that the one big eye, penis for a nose & lop-sided tash, are part of his normal everyday look. Not sure where he got the tranny's Adam's apple though...
