They are so good they kinda make up for the fact the Be-ro on her face doesn't extend beyond her jawline... She's further assisted by the fact that no one in the background is offering any spook related competition. With the eyes, the pose & the relatively poor supporting cast, this is a good snap for her, a photo taken at just the right time.
