Very basic costume, we’d not be surprised if she was pals with Che above & they were sharing that one cigar all night...
The pose is good though & really captures the "Just one more thing.." phrase that Columbo always rocks, as he's walking out the door, just prior to revealing the entire plot & nicking the greedy ex-husband...
