A nice spread with the claws sets her up sweetly to carry the mask. A mask is a cop out, no one can argue about that. But times move on & these days, if you are able to take a mask & slap it on your noggin (top tip -ideally always try to make it face front) & then add accessories, you can get a foot in the door, if you get lucky. Here, she combines the aforementioned quality gnashers, along with the pose, the eyes & the Cromangon-brow, mask vibe to great effect. Not your classic Bride of Drac, more your Twilight variety, so unfortunately as Old Skool connoisseurs of Halloween costumery, we can never be fully comfortable with these modern takes on the true icons.
