TIN FOIL WOMEN WITH SPOTS

Have we been missing something? Is there a spooky movie / TV show about tin foil women with spots? We don't understand how they are spook, but they look like they do... Reenie on the left there, with the spots, has got a proper po face on & is to be commended for this. Shame her pal didn't do likewise, as that would've bumped them up a notch.
