This is more your classic Medusa & it's a shame that she's slightly washed out by the camera flash...
Excellent supporting cast over to the right & the clown poking his nose in at the side there too, adds a nice sinister twist. Very, very fine claw work from the young lady & the distance between her thumb & forefinger definitely suggests... she's got a formidable todger.
