All she appears to have, is the tiniest of smudges just below the eye, masquerading as what could actually be, just a cute, little birth mark... The fact that she is making a public, two finger testicular snipping gesture (which we can only assume, is done in the face of the antiquated male patriarchy so dominant in today's Europe), is quaint & adds greatly to her political context as a true Hippie.
