You look at his face & you wonder why he bothered to dress up at all..?
What a funny looking little fellow he is! His finest point is the bit of his hand on the right there, where he looks as though he has little needle type spooky claws coming out... Excellent taste in Presidents - other than that, he's a flippin' mess.
