Sailor Moon

We had no idea who this was until she facebooked us to let us know the name of her character. Apparently ‘Sailor Moon’ is an anime character from comics or something, but as we don’t know much about that, we can’t really say if she is spooky, or not. It’s a tight look though, no question about that.
