A fantastic look, but we have had to convene a stewards enquiry on this one, as scrutiny of last years Halloween photo album has confirmed that this is a repeat costume…. (cue audible sighs of shock from voters..!) With standards so high year in year out, it’s no wonder people sometimes find it hard to surpass past triumphs. But as both a Halloween culture & a Halloween cult, we must always pull together, look ahead & aspire to true innovations in spookiness year on year. We are not disqualifying him, but are just making sure all prospective voters know that he has been a little, tiny bit naughty.
