The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill : A live rendition @ Wylam Brewery Friday 26th Jan
January 26 @ 7:00 pm - 11:30 pm
This is a show which has been selling out all it’s UK dates, faster than you can say Jackie Robinson & this time around, by popular demand, it’s on a Friday night..!!
THE MISEDUCATION OF LAURYN HILL
That’s right – we know a lot of you couldn’t make the sellout Tuesday Wylam show last October, so this time it’s the weekend, not a school night, when we’re bringing you this live musical rendition of one of the greatest albums of all time…
Lauryn Hill released the straight-to-classic ‘The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill’ back in 1998.
It immediately, totally redefined the role of women in Hip Hop, R&B & Soul Music, openly embracing motherhood & musicality, with an organic warmth, love & understanding that still resonates, remaining as relevant today, as it was a full 20 years ago.
An exclusive group of the capital’s finest session musicians & stunning vocalists have come together on this project.
They are returning to Newcastle again, after their amazing sell-out show last October, to share the magic that this amazing album embodies, in this stunning live performance that will nail every open heart.
You already know the quality of the Club we run & live music events we promote, so be sure to join us for this special, early evening, Friday night concert, at the Great Hall of The Wylam Brewery Palace of Arts.
The show takes place on Friday 26th January…
